1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lexa Go platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Lexa Labs Inc.

2. Description of Services

Lexa Go provides AI-powered legal tools including contract scanning and risk assessment, AI-assisted contract review, lawyer matching, document vault, and legal Q&A assistance.

Important: Our Services are not a substitute for qualified legal advice. Always consult a licensed solicitor before making significant legal decisions.

3. User Accounts

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your password, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and not share your credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI analysis is not legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Lexa is a legal technology tool, not a law firm.

By using Lexa's AI features you acknowledge that:

All AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only
AI results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
Law citations are indicative and may not reflect the latest judicial interpretation
AI knowledge may not capture recent legislative amendments or case law
You must not rely solely on AI analysis for any significant legal decision
Lexa is not responsible for losses arising from decisions based on AI results
Always consult a qualified Ghanaian solicitor before signing any contract

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Lexa a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Services. We do not use your documents to train our AI models.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to upload illegal or infringing content, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, use automated bots without permission, resell or sublicense access, impersonate another person or entity, or violate any applicable Ghanaian law.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payments accepted via MTN MoMo and card.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Lexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages from reliance on AI results; or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel via account settings. We may suspend your account for Terms violations. Upon termination, stored documents are retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts. We may modify these Terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
