Lexa Labs Inc. ("Lexa", "we", "us") operates the Lexa Go client platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process contract documents using AI analysis; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations under Ghana law.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

| AI Providers | Groq, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI process contract text for analysis only. They do not retain your data beyond the request. |
| Legal Requirements | If required by Ghanaian law, court order, or government authority. |
| Business Transfers | In a merger or acquisition, with 14 days' prior notice to you. |
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: all data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3, documents encrypted at rest using AES-256, access to production systems restricted to authorised personnel, and payment processing via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). No internet transmission is 100% secure — please use strong passwords and keep your credentials confidential.
6. Your Rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843), you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@neesimera.com. We will respond within 30 days.
